Client Comments:

“Once again I wanted to tell you that the job went very smooth and it was a pleasure working with you on this.”

- Chris Anderson, The Sundance Company

“Thanks again for all your hard work… The property manager Joe Iglesias and I took no exceptions to the work performed, and as a result, we did not generate a punch-list of items needing correction. We look forward to working in cooperation with HC Company in the future.”

- Brian Conner, Thornton Oliver Keller

“Thanks for putting this letter out. I think the expectations are clearly defined and it is a good move to see the entire system working before Jay and I look at it again. You and your team are to be congratulated on your professionalism and commitment to HP’s needs.”

- Brian R. Graham, PE – Hewlett Packard, Boise Main Site

“I appreciate you sending me pictures and keeping me informed of your progress as you proceed. It makes these types of long distance arrangements a lot easier to manage. The work looks great. Thanks for sharing the saved money on the job…”

- Brent Webber, PE – Sorrento Lactalis Inc. Nampa Site

“Thanks for all the help on this project. I realize the project has been very dynamic at the end of the project and appreciate all your help.

- Tim Bashford, Project Manager, Hewlett Packard, Boise Main Site

“I really appreciate your organization. It’s better than any of the GCs I've dealt with lately. I know this project is probably too small to warrant all this paperwork but it is great to know your capabilities for future projects that will be much bigger.”

“Very impressive work by HC...I had no idea we were owed money as detailed in Change Order #008. This was a credit of $1,400 and a very honest gesture.

“HC has a “can do” attitude and is always looking for solutions to problems.”

- Scott Raeber, Project Manger – Brighton Corporation

“I'm pleased with the way your firm managed and executed our TI. Your team was very easy to work with and they knew what they were doing. I can't believe how fast you banged out that demolition. You have provided time lines and costs all along the way and made it easy to keep apprised of issues (i.e. mold, fire alarm problems).

- Justin Wilkerson, President – Harry Morrison Foundation

You guys get my highest recommendation Matt, terrific job!

- Kevin Godwin, Senior Vice President – Peak Broadcasting
