Project Complete: Braniff Demo and Tennant Improvement in South Boise

Demo: The project involved selective demolition, encompassing the removal of existing equipment within the 65,000 sf building, including gantry cranes, rails/tracks, lathe, and CNC machine. Throughout this process, the existing metal building structure was preserved.

Addition: The construction phase included the addition of a 6,800 sf steel structure building on the south side of the existing metal building. Additionally, a new wall has been installed to create two separate leasable areas within the existing building.

Christian Brothers Breaks Ground on their Newest Location in Star, Idaho

It was groundbreaking time for Christian Brothers newest location in Star, Idaho!
This is our client’s second Treasure Valley location as well as HC Company’s second project with franchise owner, Brett Clancy. The 9-bay automotive shop will offer a variety of auto-care services including upkeep, maintenance and repair.

Tree Wrap Service Project

We partnered with the City of Boise at Kathryn Albertson Park to care for our trees and ensure they will be available for future generations of Idahoans. Black cottonwoods and willows are unfortunately a favorite food and construction resource for beavers, which affects the habitat for a wide range of species like the Bald Eagle and the Black Horned Owl. We protect the trees by wrapping them in wire, leaving enough space for the tree to grow.

St. Vincent de Paul Thanksgiving Boxes

Every year, HC Company volunteers as a team for the St. Vincent de Paul 2020 Thanksgiving Food Box Program. This program offers a Thanksgiving food box to help our neighbors in need enjoy a holiday meal!⠀

Rake Up Boise 2021

Team HC represented for the 36th annual Rake Up Boise event! Every year, Rake up Boise organizes volunteer groups to rake yards for our 65+ or disabled neighbors that are unable to maintain their yard due to physical or financial constraints. We are so proud of our community for collectively filling 436,159 leaf bags for 19,328 yards! Great job Boise!

Ada County Driver’s Services Grand Opening

Today marks the official grand opening of the 11,000 SF Driver’s Services and Sheriff’s substation featuring 5 offices and 16 workstations. Located in Meridian at 736 S. Progress Ave, the project includes a stone veneer wall, custom countertops, millwork, cement siding, and metal roofing over door entries. ⠀

This appointment-only office will now serve as our second driver’s license office, joining the Boise location at 400 N Benjamin Lane. ⠀
⠀
At one point during construction, a hive of honey bees moved in overnight! HC Company coordinated with Idaho Bee Rescue to whisk them away to safety. ⠀

Blue Cross Takes Second Place in IBR’s Top Projects

Blue Cross of Idaho took second place in the renovations category at the Idaho Business Review’s Top Project Awards. As the oldest health insurance provider in Idaho, the finished campus was a highly anticipated project and has provided a beautiful and vibrant work environment for Blue Cross employees.
