Perform all duties necessary, in the role as a carpenter, to uphold the identity and dignity of HC Company, our clients, subcontractors, and associates in the industry.
Perform finish carpentry work involving but not limited to door installation, trim work, drywall, rough carpentry, insulation, and waterproofing.

HC Company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
Partner with owners during pre-construction to define scope, budgets, milestones, and permitting strategies.
Coordinate design meetings, milestone schedules, and bid administration.
Lead OAC meetings, review schedules, and track progress during construction.
Oversee submittals, RFIs, owner-furnished materials, and financial control processes.
Manage closeout activities including punch walks, commissioning, and final documentation.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring communication, safety, and quality are never compromised.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of commercial construction experience with both pre-con and field exposure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
Proficiency with Cad, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive projects to successful completion.
