HC Company is seeking a motivated Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support project teams across our commercial construction portfolio. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in construction who are ready to take the next step toward a leadership position. You’ll gain valuable experience traveling to project sites, supporting senior superintendents, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all on-site construction activities
Support QA/QC by reviewing installations and verifying materials meet project specifications
Help develop and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals
Assist in site planning, staging, and phasing for efficient project delivery
Monitor and enforce safety standards, participating in safety meetings and audits
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding deliveries, logistics, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Understanding of construction means and methods, trade coordination, and safety requirements
