HC Company partnered with Bardenay to construct a ground-up, 7,800-square-foot flagship distillery and dining destination in Garden City. Designed with an industrial aesthetic, the project features two custom Vendome copper stills, a state-licensed liquor store, and a dining space with open ceilings and exposed ductwork. The exterior blends four distinct materials—stucco, EIFS, fiber cement, and metal panels—creating a modern yet grounded presence. Safety and innovation drove construction, including explosion-proof electrical systems and specialized vapor exhaust. The team navigated canal infrastructure challenges with proactive coordination and delivered a space that reflects Bardenay’s legacy of craft and community.
