HC Company served as the CM/GC for the Boys and Girls Club expansion. The kitchen includes expanded spaces for storing cold and dry goods, preparing food, washing pots, pans, and dishes and a dedicated employee locker room. Major site work included demolishing the existing patio, relocating the ADA parking stalls, and building out a fire lane to provide access to the northwest corner of the building.
