The Braniff Street Production Yards project reflects HC Company’s experience delivering phased improvements to industrial facilities, including building modifications and large-scale site development. The initial scope included adding office space within an existing warehouse and coordinating building systems and access within the constraints of the existing structure. Subsequent work included expansion of the site to incorporate a six-acre laydown yard, requiring coordination of grading, access, and circulation to support equipment and material storage. Later phases of work were completed while portions of the facility were occupied, requiring coordination with the owner to maintain access and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
