Project Description

The Cartwright Ranch Retail Shell building will hold a built-to-suit Veterinary Clinic and one other future tenant. The keystone of the Retail Shell will be a fenced patio which will feature a retractable awning, two overhead roll-up doors with quartz countertop, and string lighting. The building will have parking in the front and rear of the building.
