Christian Brothers single-story wooden structure covers 5500 sq ft, featuring 9 garage bays, a spacious office, and tasteful guest areas. The exterior incorporates brick veneer, stone veneer, adhered stone, thin brick, and precast concrete elements. The site work on this location called for permeable paving in the parking lot, new infrastructure, curb and gutter installations, and landscaping.
