Consor Engineering partnered with HC Company to transform approximately 12,000 square feet on the building’s third floor, combining two existing suites into one cohesive and modern office environment. The tenant improvement included demolition and a full interior remodel featuring new offices, open work areas, conference and classroom spaces, a refreshed reception, and a new breakroom.
