Project Description

The residents of Eagle welcome their new retail center that features a Taziki’s Mediterranean Café and a CACi Wood-Fired Sicilian Grill restaurant. The complex is nestled right next to the Boise River, Eagle Tennis Club, and Reid Merril Park. HC Company built the core and shell of this new ground-up, which included civil site improvements and landscaping. John Rennison also selected HC Company to build both of the tenant improvement projects.
