Federated Ordnance occupies 133,000 square feet, with the project adding 12,000 square feet of office space, including a break room, locker rooms, and restrooms. The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure was upgraded to support the production of 1 million rounds of ammunition per day, adhering to NATO and SAAMI standards.
For Nemo Arms, which occupies 23,000 square feet, the project involved constructing 7,700 square feet of first-floor office space and restrooms, as well as a second-floor mezzanine with 5,700 square feet for additional office space, storage, and restrooms. The warehouse’s gas, lighting, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems were upgraded to meet the needs of the new arms manufacturing facility.
