Project Description

The new Greyloch Manufacturing Plant for custom cabinetry is located at the corner of ID-44 and ID-16. The concrete tilt-up building includes a production/shipping area, 1st, and 2nd-floor offices, a rooftop patio, a wood-grained concrete elevator shaft, open structure ceilings with 150 ft. steel bowline trusses, and a parking lot. This project required over 5,000 yards of concrete; the slab pour alone over 2,000 yards. The 12-acre site was brought up 1.5’, which required 60,000 tons of net in-fill. The facility is slated for completion Summer 2023.
