This project won Idaho’s 2019 Top Project of the Year! The renovation intention was to give this community staple new life. HC Company installed extensive structural upgrades to support an added mezzanine and the twelve new windows that were cut into the existing face of the building. Our team removed nearly 600 square feet of floor space to create an open atrium which showcased the brewery equipment that was two stories tall. This created room for us to install a new steel staircase that brought together the first floor restaurant and the basement level brewery/event space.
