Idaho Mutual Trust is a private equity finance company that specializes in commercial real estate lending including construction, development, land acquisition and bridge financing. HC Company completed an interior tenant improvement on their Boise location that included: framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers, interior frames, doors & hardware, flooring, millwork, solid surfaces, interior glazing with tinting, glass marker boards, AV system, furniture, textiles and wallcoverings.
