Down the street from its own headquarters, HC Company constructed KM Engineering’s next home complete with Class A finished offices. The building consists of steel stud exterior/interior walls with structural columns, beams, joists, and a metal deck roof covered by a TPO roof system. Exterior finishes include EIFS, insulated metal panels, storefront doors/windows, and architectural metal awnings. A new parking lot, custom landscaping, and site amenities are also included.
