Project Description

The Reedhouse Apartments along the Boise River received an upgrade to their clubhouse. HC Company completed an interior remodel which included an indoor kitchen expansion, outdoor kitchen addition, natural gas fire pit, new in-ground spa, upgraded pool plumbing, equipment & tile, and a 5,600 square foot paver system pool deck. The interior of the Clubhouse features a men’s & women’s shower room, exercise room, yoga studio, sauna, lounge, kitchen, coffee bar & leasing center.
