Project Description
Originally built in the 1980’s, HC Company renovated this existing 6-story office building into a medical office building for St. Luke’s Hospital. The building had seen minimal infrastructure upgrades and repairs. The scope of the project included MEP system upgrades, demolition, and asbestos abatement.
