The Tate’s Rents Caldwell facility is a pre-engineered metal building facilities designed around equipment-based operations, combining shop, warehouse, office, and site infrastructure into a single functional campus. The building was constructed to support equipment storage, maintenance, and daily movement, incorporating large warehouse bays, overhead doors, and clear spans to accommodate equipment access and circulation. Office spaces were integrated to support administrative and operational functions within the same facility. Site development was a critical component of the project and included grading, drainage, utility coordination, roadway improvements, and installation of a pressure irrigation system. These elements were coordinated early to ensure the site functioned efficiently for both equipment movement and long-term use.
