Project Description
The TMCO Warehouse building is a concrete tilt up building with clear span metal trusses with a 26 foot clearance. HC Company installed a fire suppression system, site improvements with front parking, rear loading dock and complete landscaping. HC Company completed two TI buildouts: First, the 12k square foot build out for Platt Electric consisted of as sales area, offices, restrooms and a large warehouse area with racking. Second, MALCO LLC is made up of a reception area, offices and conference room that took 2k square feet of the building with the ability to expand in to more.
