Project Description
The luxurious Whitewater Park Apartments feature world-class amenities and sit amongst a beautiful park. HC Company renovated the exterior and interior existing 8.5k square foot clubhouse into a brand new 10k square foot clubhouse. This included a new skin with a barn-like feel, a new metal roof, added canopies, and the removal of half of the existing basketball gym to make room for a two-story, state-of-the-art workout facility.
