The Orchard Combat Training Center is a new ground-up Fire Station that ties into an existing building. HC Company successfully completed a massive coordination effort for the metal stud framing and wood framing sequencing for two different subcontractors. Building construction includes dorm rooms, training rooms, kitchen, a new 4-stall apparatus bay for fire trucks/equipment, upgrades to all equipment and systems, a stoplight, demolition of the roof on the existing building, and new sidewalks, paving, and landscape areas. The building features a water-based Radiant Flooring System in the apparatus bay which will provide warmth from the floor up.
