The Central District Health (CDH) Project was a multi-phased remodel of fully occupied building space. HC Company completed considerable planning with the design team and CDH to ensure that personnel were able to work comfortably and efficiently. The overall scope of the project consisted of new patient rooms, exam rooms, labs, restrooms, public spaces, conference rooms and a break room. Improvements consisted of all new finishes, furniture, upgraded HVAC and electrical systems. We also upgraded the fire suppression and fire alarm systems.
