On May 4th, 2020, the city of Caldwell welcomed their newest veterinary clinic with open arms. HC Company completed this new build ahead of schedule which included Exam Rooms, ICU, Surgery Center for small animals, Recovery Room, Isolation, Cats, an interior dog kennel area, exterior dog kennels/runs, Surgery Center for Large Animal Surgery and a medical suction Scavenger System. The site construction included utility infrastructure, curb/gutter, sidewalks, parking lot, pens for large animals, exterior dog kennels & landscaping.

The construction of a new facility for Caldwell Veterinary Hospital was actually our first experience with a professional building project. The project team had many helpful suggestions for some changes to the building and also looked for ways to help us reduce costs. At the end of the project we were still within the original budget and finished a month ahead of schedule. Extremely professional and friendly people.
