HC Company is well established among architects and maintains multiple long-standing relationships covering a diverse range of project expertise. In this delivery method the Owner hires a single entity to provide the design and construction services for a project. As the design-builder, HC Company provides complete and transparent management through all phase of the project easing the burden and protecting the Owner from surprises, cost increases, and schedule delays.
From the beginning HC Company’s roots are with General Contracting. The General Contractor is responsible for managing and construction of projects designed by outside architects. HC Company, as a General Contractor, oversees the day-to-day on site construction building process, manages subcontractors, along with being responsible for project cost, schedule and safety.
HC Company has a strong familiarity and considers this to be a desired delivery method for Owners. CM/GC is a two-phased delivery method typically used by Owners to accelerate the project timeline by hiring a General Contractor to provide feedback during the Design Phase before the start of construction. During the initial Design Phase, HC Company provides cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, and scheduling. This process protects the owners and eliminates surprises at the start of the Construction Phase. HC Company the provides General Contracting Services through Phase II construction.
HC Company offers this professional service that utilizes project management techniques to oversee the entire project. As a CM we will work with the Owner to control a project’s time, cost and quality.
