Project Complete: Bish’s RV Corporate Office Renovation

Bish’s corporate office remodel called for a comprehensive overhaul of Bish’s existing 27,780sf tenant space to align with the evolving needs of the company that included demolition and upgraded floor-to-ceiling finishes, as well as HVAC and technological upgrades.

The completed space is not only aesthetically pleasing and approachable but highly functional.

Project Complete: Braniff Demo and Tennant Improvement in South Boise

Demo: The project involved selective demolition, encompassing the removal of existing equipment within the 65,000 sf building, including gantry cranes, rails/tracks, lathe, and CNC machine. Throughout this process, the existing metal building structure was preserved.

Addition: The construction phase included the addition of a 6,800 sf steel structure building on the south side of the existing metal building. Additionally, a new wall has been installed to create two separate leasable areas within the existing building.

Groundbreaking: Boys and Girls Club Kuna

It was a wonderful show of support at the Old 4th Street Gym in Kuna for the groundbreaking ceremony for Kuna’s new Boys & Girls Club facility on Friday, June 30th.

This new 27,000 sf location near downtown Kuna will include both a daycare and teen center and have the capacity to serve more than 800 more children than their current club.

HC Company is thrilled to be a part of the team bringing this dream to reality for the community of Kuna, ID.

The 9th Floor Team at St. Luke’s has achieved a significant advancement in patient care capabilities within our community, surpassing previous limitations. With an enhanced infrastructure boasting twice the capacity in medical gas and power, they are now further equipped to administer new critical-to-life therapies that alleviate suffering and safeguard lives. The revamped rooms not only offer increased dimensions and illumination but have also been thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate the Team’s cutting-edge patient care workflow.

This is our client’s second Treasure Valley location as well as HC Company’s second project with franchise owner, Brett Clancy. The 9-bay automotive shop will offer a variety of auto-care services including upkeep, maintenance and repair.
